Sunday Dinner - I'm actually UP yall!!!!
Chicken and Spinach Bake
9 oz bag of pre-washed spinach
9 boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, uncooked
salt
pepper
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced..you can use more OR a can of diced tomatoes.
1 cup sliced mushrooms
FF Italian dressing
2 cups FF Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
Bake chicken until partially done (not done). Remove. Place the spinach in the bottom of a coated 9 x 13" baking dish. Place the chicken breast tenders on top of the spinach; season with salt and pepper. Place the tomatoes and mushrooms on top of the chicken. Pour the italian dressing over the spinach, chicken, tomatoes and mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Remove from oven and top with cheese
