Sunday Dinner - I'm actually UP yall!!!!
NE way - I'm not sure what the whodangdunnit I'll cook today, I think it's time to cruise thru the ready to cook meals section and find something - I may buy a lasgna or pizza or something. We're having smoked turkey and brisket for Christmas, so I don't want to fix too much stuff and end up with an overloaded fridge - so I'll keep it light whatEVER I do.
What have yall got going and what's on your Christmas menu????

Good Morning,
I have been up late celebrating my Cowboys win!!!! I will cook pork chops not sure how and make a salad.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
I think I might steal that pork chop idea..... pan seared and then smothered in cream of chicken gravy and onions......
THANKS!!! lol

My 'legal husband' is here asking for pig feet and things I used to cook for him but that ain't going to happen. I'm not fixing much till Christmas eve.
Christmas day its a simple orange glazed baked chicken with dressing for dinner. Brunch is our favorite meal around the tree with baked ham; buljol (a fish salad dish from Trinidad) prepared with tropical vegetables that would frighten any low carber to death and olive oil; assorted rolls, croissants and crackers; Trinidadian rum fruit cake, the kind people fight over not give away. Christmas eve I'll roast some part of the pig or perhaps a boneless leg of lamb which we'll serve again at Christmas dinner.
Maybe if 'legal husband' leaves me one good nerve today I'll make some of #1MM's salmon croquets.
