I'm not on track.  I'm way off track.  But its not for lack of effort or compliance.  I've kept calories below 1100 most days this week and dropped below 1000 yesterday.  Vits, liquids, exercise all as planned.  The result:  I HAVE GAINED 5.4 LBS    I managed to do it in only six days.  I refuse to put my ticker back into the 160's.  Thats where it was at six months out.  Now I'm ten months out with only an eight pound loss.

I have made todays menu and I will keep it under 1000 calories again.  Big sigh.

I know you struggle and really make the effort and to have a gain would make me  too.

The past few days...I have been in carbville.  I will not weigh again until maybe Tuesday or so.

I'm pissed off when I weigh but afraid not to weigh.  Despite the gain I did at last make it into a size 4 levis today.  All this weight gain is above the waist band,

Been sipping water all day long, walked 4x up and down my moms long hallway three times today (not every hour like I was told to do), 2 surgar free popcicle and 2oz. of strained chicken noodle soup.  No one really told me how far or how long I should be walking??????

Start getting up every hour even for a short walk around the room.  If you're sitting a long time draw the alphabet with your feet.  Those were my instructions to improve circulation post op.

Also, daily stretching and a 20 min walk minimum exercise in the begining.

Glad you're sip sip sipping.  So many of us have trouble with water in the begnning.

Hey MSW -
I have been lurking your accountability mission for weeks.  I had surgery about a month before you and have been at a stall for about 6 weeks now.  Your posts have motivated me to excerise but like you the carb monster finds me every day no matter how hard I try.  Just stay on the path. Dont change your ticker for now.  I have not changed mine either.  Lets look at tomorrow as another opportunity to get back on track.

My weekness is sugar...surgar and more sugar. I will try to avoid sugar this week but its x-mas time and eveyone has cookies and sweets all over the place.  But we can do it!!!

Highest weight: 325.5 (2008)                   Surgery weight: 323.5 (1/8/09)

****Got pregnant in May 2011 but lost the baby in August 2011...Gained some weight so trying to get back on track...I hate PCOS.

The carb monster is evil but I still manage to average under 50g a day over all.  I'm learning to handle him by planning carb days into my schedule.   I let the monster have his way with me once or twice a month then drop the carbs to 25g or less for a while.

I'm eating on track, exercising on track, getting the vits and liquids in all on track but the wl does not cooperate.  Everything else is on track except my results .

Still, as you said, I've just got to stick with it.  I'll only make things worse if I stray from plan.

WE WILL BREAK THESE STALLS, STOP THIS WEIGHT GAIN, AND MAKE OUR GOALS.

I'm on-track foodwise but off-track with regard to my mental motivation.  I'm finding it extremely hard to get my workouts in these days.  I'm feeling kind of down generally.  The scale is stuck.  I don't know how to prepare for this, but all I know is I'm going to keep fighting.  I've been getting my exercise in most days even though it's been much more of a struggle than it was a month or two ago.

Having RNY was probably the best thing I've ever done for myself.

Approx highest weight: ~350. Highest measured weight: 338. Surgery weight: 297. Lowest weight (for 5 minutes): 169. Current weight: 209. Goal weight: ??? - maybe 180-185, which was my maintenance weight before the regain.

Don't feel bad MSW I got on scale this morning and noticed I gain 3 pounds and I know I did that first I was baking christmas for the kids and than I would eat a cookies from each batch and than lately I have been carving corn chips. So this morning I decided the devil is a liar I will lose these 3 pounds and get back on track so I change my Christmas Dinner so I won't have so many carbs items. I told the kids I am not baking a cake they better eat those cookies and pies I have.

My plan today is

B- Turkey bacon and scramble eggs with cheese
S- Strawberry and Banana Protien smooties
L- grilled chicken and cheese rolls
S- Protien Shake
D- Grilled salmon and broccoli

1 hour on the treadmill and 30 minute of the total body gym.
