Good Morning BAF!  Its Saturday already in CT.  I know I just posted Friday hours ago but I've got an early flight tomorrow.  Off to celebrate Chistmas away from this below freezing weather.

Happy Saturday and welcome to the final weekend to pay homage to the retil gods, lol.  Its Merry Christmas time BAF and I'm like a big kid this time of year and loving it!  See if you can squeeze in a little time for Christ why don't you.  Just FIVE DAYS away from Christmas Eve.  

Tell the whole truth and be ccountable.  Are you going to make these days count so there are no post holiday regrets?  What are you doing to prepare for enjoying the season while staying on track?

All I want for Christmas is a few pounds of weight loss damnit!

I'm taking the calories below 1000 to increase my deficit for the next five days.  Protein at least 100g and I'm not sweating the carbs.  Time to try something different.  Reducing calories below my usual 80% of rmr is the last thing I can come up with.  Continue to do what I've been doing and I'll keep getting the same **** poor results.  As always, I'm open to suggestions. 

My menu plan for the day has been prepared and travel food packed as the family heads out for Christmas in the South.  It will be tough with all the goodies around.  I will ease up for Christmas Eve dinner and on Christmas Day to my sedentary rmr calorie level then back to under 1000 for the start of Kwanzaa.  I'm also throwing in a little extra cardio too.   

Lets hope this works and Santa shaves a pound or so off that scale by Christmas morning, and the first fruits of Kwanzaa bring the scale down a few more pounds.
