Good evning BAF! Today has sucked all around so my morning post has arrived in the evening.
Its Merry Christmas time BAF and I'm like a big kid this time of year! Just SIX DAYS away from Christmas Eve.
Tell the whole truth and be ccountable. Have you made a plan to indulge in those traditional holiday foods over the next few weeks? How about the beverages? Those egg noggs are like a meal in calories. A few drinks add up fast. Are you prepared?

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Yesterday was decent. I made my protein minimum but I could tell I really needed more. I was hungry all day and that for me is a sign of too little protein. I did not formally count but carbs are higher since I had split pea soup for dinner. Other than that, meat and veg, pork skins and a little cheese. All liquids and vits taken.
I haven't weighed but I don't expect any weight loss. I'm doing what I should be doing but I'm stuck. Its certainly metabolic. Time for drastic measures.
Tomorrow I'm taking the calories down to under 1000. I'm supposed to stay no less than 1100. I've tried to follow docs orders but its time to be a rebel. I have got to get this wl moving. I need to loose 2.5 lbs a week at this point to make goal by my one year follow up. Lets hope I do not make things worse by illiciting a starvation response. Its under 1000 until Christmas Eve.
