One year ago today
I made a change! I have put in alot of work and I have alot more work ahead of me. I am grateful for the blessings I have received from trying to become healthy. I feel and look better. I have another seventy or so pounds to lose and I know it is possible but I will have to work twice as hard to get it off. I did not meet the expectations I had set for myself but I knew I expected alot for myself. I have went from 378 and I am floating between 248 and 251. I went from a tight 28 to a 14-18 depending on the item of clothing. My goal is to get to and maintain 175lbs I have been told by countless people since I start with such a high BMI I will probably not make it there. I say the devil is a lie I will make it there and maintain it. This journey is what you make it and I will succeed. In one year I have lost a person and gained alot of self control.
