The needles are part of the cultural thing but how they used them is the crackhead behavior.  They are supposed to stick needles in dolls not people. 

How long was he married to the boy's mom if his step-child is only 2 years old?  A hot minute most likely and he already wants out of the relationship.

Brazil is all ****** up period.  Yesterday I saw on the news that kidnapped boy was ordered returned, by the time I got home a few hours later I saw that it is being put off AGAIN.  That custody battle has been going on for like 4 years.  And this...this is just ridiculous.
