Its Merry Christmas time BAF and I'm like a big kid this time of year! Just SEVEN DAYS away from Christmas Eve. Just a week away! Plan those traditional holiday foods into your menu over the next few weeks. And don't forget the liquid calories. A few drinks add up fast.
Tell the whole truth and be ccountable. Are you prepared to stay in control during the next few weeks? We should be able to enjoy the season with moderation in mind.

Yes, I have a weakness for that favorite of Brittish old ladies. I've spent far too many of my 47 years watching Brittish sit coms. Add to that being a child of the 70's when Harvey's Bristol Cream was in its hey day. And further add growing up in a family that bought sweet wines for the kiddies... Well, I just could'nt help myself. Sherry and Christmas time go together.
I can clearly hold my liquor again so I must be vigilant about those liquid calories. Nothing stronger than sf drink mix for me today.

But it gets worse. When I was drinking wine I was not drinking my water so liquids were only half of what they should have been (the sherry does not count). Also, I had two fruits, peanut butter, some whole grain cereal and some white carbs too plus a lot of veg. Not one was bad in and of itself or even excessive. However, when I'm eating even fruit and veg I'm eating less protein.
I got all the vits in but that was my only good move yesterday. I'm back on track today.
No more hiding out my friend. Having to tell the whole truth kept the sweets out of my mouth yesterday even if they were nsa. BAF keeps me in line. Especially now when I'm lacking motivation.
I've been so overwhelmed but hoping to get my focus back next week. No excuses.........I know but I'll be glad when this week is over. I have finals, an evangelism class ended last night, I'm getting laid off in February.........just sooooooooo much going on. I'm hoping that after this week I'll be able to get motivated without so much going on in my life. I will try to get on the boards more often after this week. Plus, I'll be off wor****il Jan. 4th.
I think I really became discouraged when I was 2 pounds away from 100 and then I've been up and down 5 pounds or so consistently........still haven't made it.
I am so lacking motivation right now.
