The Dark Side of WLS: First Mistake I Made...
From day one, I was depressed because I couldn't eat. I remember eating something that I shouldn't have eaten and that was the beginning of my downfall with testing the waters of things that I shouldn't have put in my mouth.

Thanks for starting this Jus Chanj....good post.
My first mistake was thinking that the weight would come off by itself and that I would not have to work. I wasted some valuable time during my honeymoon period...that I did not even know existed at the time.
Please use your honeymoon period to your maximum benefit people. The weight loss will slow down after that and it will be much harder to kick it back into gear.

Sure you can...but its just so much harder. Again...its about changing bad habits regardless of what method we chose to lose the weight. I just hate that I mind flucked myself at the beginning. I could have made my goal long ago...if I had been compliant. Yet...no need crying over spilt milk....or extra gravy...in my case.

I hear ya.
With my hectic schedule, I can't go out and run 2 or 3 miles like I want to but I try and sneak exercise into my walks to and from the train station and on the weekends in my neighborhood. I wish I could do more but I'm just so busy...
Any suggestions?

Aye...for real....you need to get a Wii Fitness. That thing will give you a nice workout when you really are on the go...and can't get to the gym. It has boxing, aerobics, training. You can definitely get a sweat in. Some of the guys have commented on it. So not just for women and kids. It even tracks your progress. For me...it has taken all excuses away. Even if I get in 30 minutes, I feel that I at least did something towards reaching my goal. For $300 (less if you find a sale) at Walmart, you will be good to go!
