Congratulations Lee

You are truly an inspiration. I am so proud of you for completing the program despite your pain. You have motivated me to continue on my running program and to push thru any obstacle that comes up. You are one amazing young women. I want to thank you for all of your encouraging words and posts. I hope you feel better soon because I can’t wait to follow along on your next exercise adventure.
BTW, I am still running. I am not following any program. I have decided that I will focus on increasing my speed and distance at a gradual pace as to avoid injury. (I did complete the C25k the week after Thanksgiving).
I enjoy running much better when I am not focused on completing the program or a particular week. I just concentrate on running for 30-45 minutes at a time. Some days I need a 2-4 minute walk break but other days I am just fine. But through it all, I focus on your posts when I want to quit and I realize that quitting is not an option and I ask myself  “what would Lee do?". The answer is always “Lee would keep running", so I do, I keep running. Thanks Lee for all that you have done and for all that you will do.

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!
