Good for you Lee! I finally progressed from Week 7 to Week 8. I haven't given up yet. I plan to run in the morning as usual. I got the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD. I am starting it this weekend. I'll report back on the results of 30 days of that. I need to measure in the morning so I can more accurately track the results.
Sorry your back went out on you. I've got to start lifting more weights. I borrowed the P90X DVD's and I liked it, but right now I don't have that much time. The 30 Day Shred is about 23 minutes daily. I can deal with that right now. I do plan to purchase P90X though. I actually bought the pull up bar so I could really try out the program.
I really enjoy outside running. My preference to run outside is what is slowing me down with this program. I have run on the treadmill a few times, but it just drives me crazy. I can't wait for the time to change back so I will have daylight left at the end of the day and can run 4 days / week.
