Morning Yall
I got up this morning at 6:30 determined to run at 7:00. Took some pain pills late last night so I would be pain free to do my last run. Started running back was very tight, but I ran through the tightness.
I didn't run fast, I didn't run pretty but I ran. 15 min in I was bent over in pain so I stopped. Took some pain pills waited 30 min and started again.
I was able to complete the entire thing. YEAAAAAA !!!!!!!!!
OK< now for my review of this program. I really enjoyed this 10K program, I think you have to be in good running condition to do it cause it is hard. So if anyone is planning to do it, first do couch to 5K, then 8K and then move on to the 10K.
While I did not lose a Freaking pound on it I am still glad I did it cause I proved to myself I could. I started with like 8 runners and they did what they could and I appreciate them for helping me keep going. THANKS YALL.
I don't know what I will do next, I was thinking of outside running, but now my messed up back is leading me in another direction so I am not sure about that. Whatever it is I will let you guys know.
I just can't believe I made it all the way up to the second to last run with no injury and then BAM my stupid back messes up, but it doesn't even matter cause IT'S DONE, IT'S OVER, I MADE IT.
So whatever you guys decide to do, try to fini**** There is nothing like the feeling of completing something really difficult that you thought would defeat you.
I AM SO FREAKING PROUD OF ME !!!!!!!!! YEAAAAAA MEE!!!
