Look at before and after pics on OH....reminds me that I am capable

What motivates you?
Reading the positive comments of those that are losing on OH
Increase endorphins help motivate me...anything I can do to get them pumping ...is a big help. Exercise, travel, anything to focus my mind on something besides eating.
Doing anything else that helps me feel as if I am moving forward or in a positive direction
When that motivator is just not there what do you fall back on?
I try my best to maintain my weight....actually I consider this being successful. To not regain or stay within a 5 pound fluctuation is still success to me. This has its drawbacks because I will become complacent even though I am not at goal.... but it beats regaining back ALL the weight.
How do you keep from becoming discouraged?
Read positive articles whenever possible. Rehearse positive affirmations (in the mirror if necessary)
Pray about it....for relief.
When you're down how do you pick yourself back up again?
Its hard....but the best thing that I can do is get in a routine....if I get in a routine for a week without messing up...I am usually good to go for at least a few month before I start to cycle (relapse).

Lord do I understand. I have not lost a pound in over 2 years and I workout like a freaking crazy person, did NutriSystem for 2 months and didn't lose a dam pound. My friend that did it with me lost 29 pounds. (I was happy for her but she told me I cried)
My doctors run tests and can't find the problem. It really sucks so bad some days I just cry. I know if I stop I will just be fat as hell again because while I can't lose weight I sure in hell can gain and it really sucks. (man you just got me choked up) lol.

My Mirro, my clothes, the scale my brain...This is what makes me keep at it until I get it like I want it.. I never give up, I may slow down but I won't ever give up.. I want to be healthy, that's the bottom line, to be healthy and to keep on pushing, at my age it's extremely hard, but I know I have to do this.. If you don't use it you will lose it...
