Vitamin Questions! Celebrate Bariatric
Have any of u seen or heard of Celebrate Bariatric Vitamins? Went to Pre-op Class today and Nut suggested them especially because they have a vitamin regimen made exclusively for different wls patients. Based on the DS Celebrate regimen looks like u take 12 pills a day, here is the break down.
AM 1 MVI, 2 Calcium Plus or 1 Calcium 500, 1 DS Essential(see description), 1 B12(weekly)
Mid-Day 1 MVI, 2 Iron
PM 1 MVI, 2 Calcium Plus or 1 Calcium 500
Bedtime 2 Calcium Plus or 1 Calcium 500
Total: 12 a day or 9 a day
I would also like to add Biotin to this and Devrom.
(DS Essential-Developed for Duodenal Switch patients, this product is taken in conjunction with our Multivitamin (capsule or chewable) and Calcium PLUS(tablet or chewable). This is a 1 capsule per day "add on" to our gastric bypass protocol (Multivitamin and Calcium PLUS)and this total protocol provides the necessary level of ADEK vitamins recommended for Duodenal Switch patients. )
