OT - Is it that time again...

I don't make resoultions I make promises to myself and this year I only made one and I made good on it.  It was to get my motorcycle license and I did that Nov.15, after laying a bike down 5 times back it May, I did it.

This year is going to be different I plan to be selfish and work solely on me.

I promise not to view anything from my old fat girl standards or the new me, I chose to live for Carolyn and that's what I am going to do .  Live my life to the fullest and for those who don't like it ...well that can k my now flat arse.

About 30 years ago I made a New Year's resolution not to make anymore New Year's resolutions.  I'm still sticking with it.

I did however decide to make a similar spiritual change some years ago.  (I don't want the reigious **** either, thank you.)  It has humbled me and made me a more patient and considerate person.  I still hold the title of ***** First Class.  But now, not everyone gets my calling card. 

I always seem to veer off from the resolutions I make every year. 

For 2009, I promised to lose these 30lbs (had a bump in the road....a baby bump, lol).  So that's still on 2010.

In addition for 2010...Save more money, purchase a home and invest in myself by completing my degree program.

I hadn't really thought about it.
