I'm ending Monday just under 1100 calories. Protein is about 8g under my requirement and carbs are up there because I ate those ff ruffles again. I'll do better on the protein tomorrow. I'm not worried about it since on average I get 30-50% over my requirement. I'm not worried about the carbs either. Low carb isn't getting me anywhere at the moment anyway. As long as the calories are under control its all good.
All vits have ben taken for the day. I still have a pint to drink but I'll total 80 oz of liquids for the day.

Not bad under 1100 calories. I wish I could say the same. My first day of low carbing was a semi-success. The salad at Chili's probably had a few things on it that it should not have. I ate half at lunch and the other half at dinner. I refuse to get on the scale just yet because I don't want to discourage myself any more than what I already am.
