Sunday Dinner - what's up y'all?
Ummm - yea - didn't do my italian sauce w/pasta last week, so that's going down today - will have macaroni noodles and the sauce will have meat and extra spices - loads of cheese too.
I'll also do salmon croquettes - since I'll be working out in the mornings, they will probably be a good b-fast snack.
Alright - thats me, what's going on in YOUR kitchen?????

Basically I did the first phase, then got off track with my surgery then daughter's new school and my new timing blahlbahblah - excuses - but it does really work.
With the 5am time I have the space and machine availablity like I like to do this program again, so I just need to get my baseline fitness back up - about 2 weeks.

Way to go on the 5am workouts, like the previous poster i would like to do the 5am workouts as well, but I am a night person and plus my dtr has to get up at 5am to catch the bus around 6am and yes I have to be here to make sure she keeps it moving or she will keep sleeping until the bus arrives the next morning if I let her lol. So for now I will stick with the 5-6pm crowd at the gym. Anteways, today for dinner will be smoked turkey sausage cooked on the George Foreman grill, fried potatoes & onions and sauerkraut. I'm making salmon croquettes sometime next week with red beans & rice - i'm thinking maybe Wed or Thurs. Hope everyone has a great week and enjoy your Sunday!
Btw, The double dipped peanut butter & chocolate covered dipped Fliptz pretzels are the devil - i tried just to snack on 3 - ok i'm on number 7 - i need to stop buying this junk lol.
