Merry Christmas BAF! Just ten days away from Christmas Eve. We've got parties and ****tails not to mention the actual holiday festivities going on over the next ten days at least.
With this in mind let us be mindful. Mindful of what we eat and drink when those hors d' oeuvre trays come around and the ****tails are poured. Mindful of those rich deserts and Christmas cookies we taste. Mindful of how we handle the culinary aspects of our holiday traditions whatever it is we are celebrating.
Holiday season proof your plan people. Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you prepared mentally for mindful eating throughout this Christmas season? If not its time to get your head together so your appetite knows what to do. Enjoy sensibly!

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Tracking my numbers and knowing what I should be loosing is only further frustrating me but I'm back to doing it today. Logging my meals throughout the day helps me stay on track with water and vits instead of trying to cram it all into the late afternoon and evening. Also, with Christmas next week its time to cut back on my calories. I may not be loosing but I can still work on developing good habits.
Yesterday was uneventful. All protein, water, vits on point. I ate mostly protein and an accidental soy flour, almond flour, and flax seed meal chocolate protein muffin I baked when trying to make a healthy cookie. I am no baker. I did go a little overboard on the sf popsicles but at 10 cal each why sweat it.
GIRL!!!!! It’s funny that you mentioned the holiday treats. Why these mo fos here in my office not only brought in donuts today but also holiday cookies. They had the nerve to have them right next to my desk and they know that I’m watching what I eat. You know I had to move them because I love carbs & have a major sweet tooth. But I am going to stay focused and work extra hard on not eating any of it.
Was in the gym this morning at 5:15 (running late, folding clothes) did my cardio and core work.
Protein shake and toast for b-fast.
got italian sauce w/ground turkey and whole wheat rotini pasts for lunch w/side salad
dinner will be homemade burracho beans w/cornbread
fried spam before bed (shut up.)
other snacks will be some 100 cal snack bars - 1 or two of those.
vitamins are done - shooting for 64 or more oz of water today.
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
