LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm holding steady but still no progress. My eating remains on track but exercise is way off because I've been sick all week. I've had to cut back a little to compensate.
I got in my full 80-90 oz yesterday, all routine supplements taken, and I am back on the b12 and chromium picollinate twice daily. It was a high carb day. I had a WW frozen pizza (Surprise, 19g protein!) and a WW desert. Both were a nice treat. I also had an apple.
Today, more of the same minus the three carb feedings. Mostly protein with a little veg and maybe a piece of fruit.

Those are banned in my house. Cookie was my nickname as a kid and I'm on a mission to live up to it in the last year or so.
If anyone has perseverence its you Ms Lee. Step away from the Newtons .
You still eating Nutirsystems? With prepared meals being inexpensive at Big Lots, I'm finding them usefull for variety. The meals are perfectly sized for my pouch too.

I haven't been posting much, but I'm actually doing ok in spite of myself. My appetite is curbing itself somehow. I used to bounce around 65-69 lbs lost, but I've been down 70 lbs and not bouncing back up like I usually do. I've been out of the 300's for a while and plan to jumpstart the New Year with a liquid fast to re center myself.
If I could just maintain a consistent work out regimen I'd be a-ok. My knees have been giving me hell this week with the weather change.
I've decided come hell or high water I plan to reach my goal by the end of 2010. Based on FitDay's calculations, I'll need to restrict my calories to 1050 daily, which is very doable.
I also did a little shopping to get something to wear to a few holiday parties and size wise I'm losing and my body is redistributing itself in ways I'm not used to. If I could just get some control of my belly I'd be super happy.
Ok, done rambling now..

Hey hey Ms Michelle!
This is the place to ramble... and to ***** complain, moan. etc. As much as I carry on I'm lucky no one comes through my monitor and cyber slaps me.
Good to hear you're comming down and holding that trend. I'm debating doing a week (Dec 16th - 22nd) of liquids but I've never gone that long before. Too bad about the knee pain. Have you checked out workouts for seniors and disabled? There are cardio and strength routines all chair based or in laying positions that might work for you.
I hear you on the belly. Mine has developed a point. My panni is like a downward arrow under my belly button. We may be distributed in interesting arrangements but we are getting smaller.
