I told you the other day where I will heading to this weekend. I will be calling this morning to place my order for the famous bread pudding at Flanagan's. It is to die for. The rum/pecan sauce will make you hurt somebody. I don't know all the other temptations that I may face while I am there. I will make every effort to make sure that I only drink water or water with lemon it. I will start the undoing of my eating on Sunday.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
Yesterday was pretty much the status quo except only 64 oz of liquids, a pint down from the norm. Still not doing stats but it was basically all protein plus some plain canned pumpkin with my protein powder and a little flax meal and almond meal. And of course my popsicles. The usual six feedings. All vits taken.
I realized this morning that I have not taken my subligual b12 in over a month. Same for my chromium picolinate. I took each twice daily. I am wondering if this has anything to do with my lack of wl. I've lost only 2 lbs since I ran out of these early Nov.
Comments, opinions, theories are all welcome. I could use help figuring this out. Although I have not done my 'official weigh in' I stepped on the scale fully dressed and was ten pounds up. Normally its about three pounds difference. Fortunately I'm in the back woods of GA today and there is no bridge for me to jump from.

I was in the gym at 5am this morning - still have been struggling to find a routine and schedule I can stick to - I think this may be it! Gym was nice and empty - 30 min on the treadmill, 20min weights and abs.
Goal - 5 days a week, workweek - 30min cardio at LEAST, weights. After the 1st - I'll restart my weight routine from the bodybuilding book I have.
