Is it truly gone forever? Depends on the person. Before surgery, I would lose weight and gain it back with a few friends. Hopefully, this time, it will stay away....forever.

It is not gone forever, My ass is almost fat again and I hate it. It's gone for a few months, unless you workout like a fool and eat right more than you eat wrong.
