The scale went up a pound. I said that I would not get discouraged but I just had a little debbie snack cake.

Up and down is nerve wracking!  I've been fighting against the ff ruffles myself.  I'm up a pound too but we've got to keep the faith Ms Faith!  Let Lil Deb know this was a one time visit .  Wave bye bye Lil Deb.

I'm still not doing the stats, just tracking protein.  I always weigh & measure for portion control.  Yesterday was good except for too little liquid.  I estimate just about 50-60 oz.  All vits taken and 100g + protein.

I ate six meals between 2oz and 6oz with a few sf popsicles, my daily staples.   Carbs for the day came from an apple and plain canned pumpkin which I mix my protein powder in.  A nice change from shakes.

The scale refuses to cooperate so to soothe myself I've been trying on clothing and admiring my current size.  Yesterday, every size four dress in Liz Claiborne.  If I have time today I'll hit Ralph Lauren.  Trying on is still free!

A size 4...congrats!  I have not worn a 4 since I was 4.  I have been staring a picture me weighing 297 to TRY and get motivation.  Dayum our scales.

Thanks, I was shocked.  I went in praying for the 8 to fit thinking I could buy the six for the future, lol.  Inches seem to always come off better than pounds for me.

What I've done poorly this week... hmm, where do i start?!

I need to stay on top of taking my vitamins!! I've upped my protein, but now, I realize that day has flown and I have not taken any of my vitamins (I've done it like twice so far this week). So now, I decided that  I'm going to keep a stash at work AND at home..

fell into the snacking at work trap today..some candy corn and granola bars. But  the truth is I am depressed over some things in my life going on right now and know what I need to do to get out of it and stop eating over it.

I am a snacker and a boredom eater so I keep wl friendly snacks everywhere.  I like pork skins for salty and atkins daybreak protein bars and thanks to a recent thread jerky strak or chicken nuggets.  All 10g-13g protein and 70-150 calories.

The vits are tough.   When get a late start, I take them every two hours till I catch up for the  day (like today).  Good work upping the protein!
