Good morning all you Beautiful People!!
As the holiday season is upon us just wanted to know what you are doing to give back? I know I have so much to be thankful for this year and beyond!!!

I want to set a good example for my son so I'm trying to find things that we can do together(he's 8). We are already adopting a family for Christmas. So what say you and yea I may steal some of your ideas!!!!

Thanks God for creating, Jesus for saving, and the Holy Ghost for sustaining ME!

I am a "professional volunteer" so I donate my time/money all year long to several worthy charities/causes/events.  However, during the holiday season I attend parties with a purpose.  It is a great way to have fun, network and give back to your community.  Over the next few weeks I have a few more to attend.  Usually the parties require that you bring gifts and/or donate cash that will be distributed to various charities who will in turn give it to families who meet certain critieria.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

We always work with our church in participating in several events during the holidays.  One of which is that we partner with another local church and have a service in the park on Friday evenings.   We also hand out food to those in need.  So we are feeding souls and belly's.  Recently, we had 730 bags of food prepared, but we fed 1500.  Fish and loaves still happens.  God is soo Good!!!

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

Good Afternoon.

I don't do anything special, as I do it year round, but this time of year non for profit organazations are in dire need of the community's help.  For example my church has a clothing closet & a soup kitchen.  This time of year always puts an extra burden on our resources & other non profits like this, so clothing drives, canned good drives & money donations are especially needed, welcome & goes right back to the community.

Noth'n!  Hahaha.  Just kiddng.

I don't do anything special for Christmas.   I give/ do what I can throughout the year.  The only exception is some years requests for Christmas toys.  Like in other months giving depends on my budget.
