LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I had a party with a purpose to attend last night so I did have minimal carbs. My BF has agreed to join me on the Atkins/protein train beginning this Sunday. We will ride through next Friday evening. We have watched the biggest loser all season bu****ching the finale last night motivated us both. I actually have been doing quite well with water. Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me but it seems when I post it what I want to drink for the day I don't drink as much...LOL. I have been getting in about 70 ounces or more daily. The scale is being stubborn right now even with my assistance. I am going to try to drink more water in and take the pills everyday for now and see what happens.

I'm not paying attention to the stats theses days since its not helping me progress. I got my protein in, plenty of liquids, blah blah blah. The only issue was I went most of the day having only had a snack instead of eating all day like I usually do.
