10K UnderWay, Week 9, Run 2, DIFFICULT...VERY...DIFFICULT

Sometimes I run in a park where I can run on the grass.  Sometimes I run in my house,  I just make a running trail, it's like being on a big treadmill. 

When I'm feeling really brave and stupid I run in the running park and then have to deal with severe knee pain for days.

After I finish this program, i'm going to start trying to train myself just to run in the running park, so i'll probably start with a 5k program on the pavement and stick with running for a hour in the house or at the grass trail.

I would like to be able to run a race one day and that means I have to see if my knees will let me.
