Morning Yall

I found this mornings run to be a biotch.  You run for a dam hour with 3 one min breaks.  CRAZY.....

It really kicks ass this week 9, but i'm hanging on.  I am so scared of the final week next week.

I am in auto drive right now with this running.  I hate it but I do it cause I said I would, and when i'm done I am gonna take 2 weeks off from running and then start training myself to be an outdoor runner, if my knees will let me.

If there is anyone left let me hear from you.

almost done,  yeaaaaaaaaaa

You can do it Lee!

I'm trying PC,    It is really really hard though,  I can't wait to finish this and then punch myself in the dam face for doing it

Lee, as I reported on Monday I finished that couch to 5k with my long run. I woke up Tuesday morning with 2, count em, 2 swollen knees. Sigh! The doc put me on 7 days of steroids, and I can't exercise for a few days, and can't wear heels (this is killing me, now I'm a shorty). Anyway, I am hoping to be able to get back into running in a few days and remain injury free. I managed to complete the program with no injuries. Finish the program and get swollen knees. What the hell?!?!?!?!?!

Don't forget to ice them suckers.   The first time I did the couch to 5K,  I sprung my left knee twice and my right knee once.

That is when I realized my knees don't like running outside.

You gotta remember running is super duper harsh on your knees, and if you run outside it is even more harsh.

Give your body time to heal and don't ru**** like I did or you gonna cause more damage and run into the same problem over and over again.

Use this time to build up your arms,  that is what I did.  Pick up them dumbbells and build yourself some guns.

I'm sorry if someone asked this question already, but I have to ask since your running posts give me SUCH inspiration... where do you run?
