I FINALLY found a protein powder I really like.....
Cool! The caramel latte actually is close to a Frappucino from Starbucks..... imagine that!!!! Not chalky or icky at ALL - I finished it without frowning up one time! LMAO

Ooohhhh Yummy. That sounds good!! Plus I like having a warm drink in the morning during the winter. So trying to choke down a cold breakfast smoothie just does not cut it for me when it's cold out! For me (can't speak for other bandsters) but many times when cold fluid**** my band, especially early in the day, it will snap by band shut quicker than an old screen door!!! So starting with something warm on a cold day is a good thing!! I then am better able to eat regularly and on time the rest of the day without having to wrestle a tight band! You should see me when that happens! Tryin' to choke down a salad with chicken on it for lunch...please.... I look like a horse choking on a corn cobb!

I found that vitalady.com sells samples of it it anyone is interested in trying a flavor is before investing in the whole big bottle. It's listed close to the bottom.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am one of the many who like either RTD or powder. As long as I didn't gag on it I would sip til it was gone. I found my favorite RTD "Pure Protein Frosty Chocolate" and I have been on a protein kick (like seriously wanting to drink the stuff instead of forcing myself to drink it) but with anything variation is key. I'm going to try this out because I need to switch it up.
