Water/Vitamin/Sleep Challenges!!

I struggle day-to-day with my water, I'm working on it though, I've started putting cucumbers in it for taste, it's working for now. I also struggle with my Calcium Citrate + D, those pills are just so big, what brand are you all taking? I picked up some from the Vitamin Shoppe and they are like horse pills. (PLEASE HELP ME!)
