10K UnderWay. Week 9 Has Begun. IT IS REALLY HARD.

Damit if the runs didn't jump from 14 minutes to 19 minutes. hard, hard, hard.
(3) 19 minute runs with 1 min fast walks between. It ******g hurts. LOL.
I am so glad I am almost done with this. LOL. They jumped the runs up 5 freaking minutes, to me that is just to much of a jump, last week they jumped it up 4 minutes. But I DID IT !!!!!
I have to say that I feel really good having completed this most difficult run. I am so scared of the last week, where I know i'm gonna have to run a full hour straight with no breaks, oh lord please help me. LOL
So mine is done and I ROCK !!!!

Finished the Couch to 5k. I can run for 35 mintues straight, but I'm not running 3.2 miles. I need to increase my speed. First I wanted to work on the time, now I can challenge myself with my speed. I'll get there.
Congrats to you. My legs feel like they are made of steel when I'm done with a 35 minute run, I can't imagine doing what you are doing. You always push the athletic envelop and keep us inspired.
