Stair step sounds good.  Its been a long time since I've done that.  My saggy @$$ may appreciate it since the elliptical and bike are not firming it up. 

I'm inclined to agree about increasing the protein.  I get 100g a day so I would think you need more.   I probably need to shoot for at least 125g myself.

Upped the protien to 80 or more grams per day. 96 oz of water. Back to my every other day gym schedule. Hit it harder on the eliptical today and it felt good. Eating throughout the day instead of starving myself until dinner. We will see what happens....

Glad you're trying something different. 

80g protein is not going to be as hard as you think.  Just add a shake if its too much volume in food.  Keep working the work outs!
