Yesterday was Satisfactory. Although my stats are as good as the previous day's, I skipped the real food in favor of protein bars. I'm really craving the sweets.
Nevertheless, thanks to the protein bars I still have a deficit of 1439 calories for the day after having my sweets. Calories 1261/ net carbs 20g/ fat 64g/ protein 110g/ Liquids 80 oz including 48 oz plain water/ all vits taken.
I added an extra 1 mile jog for some additional cardio along with my routine cardio & strength yesterday. Exercise calories 1194. As my weight gets lower it gets harder to keep my workout calories burned above 1000. No more burning off everything I consume in a day through exercise. I don't have that kind of energy.

I am ready to ride the semi-protein train pulling out of the station on tomorrow. I will be keeping a close watch on carbs and taking my pills to see what happens.

Yes was on point got in my exercise and made the extra for the day I missed. I did really good at my choir Christmas dinner only ate baked chicken and green beans. Most of them know that I had the surgery so they made food they thought I could eat. I had a wonderful time.
Plan for this week stay focus and plan my meal out good because I start a new job with more responsible so I have to stay focus on me.

I just got off the 5 day pouch test and lost 8lbs which I needed so bad because I have been on a carb and sweet phase for the longest. I am happy to finally see the scale moving in the opposite direction. Now I have to stay focused and keep getting my proteins in and hit the gym. Thanks for the post I will have to try the protein train next.
