Hello there!
I am 10 months out so I don't proclaim to know much but...............it's a stall.......I've pretty much been in it for the last few months......give or take a few pounds. Per my nutritionist.......my body is use to the changes now you have to change everything up to get out of your stall. For me......I started eating breakfast within an hour of being woke and started the protein train..........it has helped.
One more for that boat. I'm no expert but I've figured out what works for me personally.
I seem to live in stalls because I loose slow. What helps me is calorie & carb cycling which simply means vary my intake so my body does not get used to the same level of nutrition day after day. I also get my protein to 125g. Its a pain in the @$$ but it works. Its just hard because it takes so much planning.
Check out the link to "The Wagon Pan" in the accountability post for another BAF posters explanation. When I don't do this I stall. I stall because I hate doing it but it works for me.
