Morning Yall
My run this morning was not bad at all. I watched the marathon part of the Biggest Loser and it helped me to stay focused and to run it well.
I am really not looking forward to Monday and the start of week 9 because I know it's going to be hell. But I have made it this way, and I am ready for it, I have run all the runs so I know I can do it.
I hope all of you who are running is feeling motivated, if your not try watching the Biggest Loser, it's what I needed to push me through this week.
Have a great run, and a great few rest days before Monday.

That 30 min run isn't hard, just run at a comfortable pace and you will be fine. I will have to start running what I fear is a straight hour with no stopping come next week![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/nailbiting.gif)
Are you going to do the podrunner 8K program? That is the one I did and I really like it cause I like running at a certain bpm pace and that program keeps you on pace. The 10K i'm doing now is podrunner.
Keep up the great job Carol, we will both be done with our programs before we know it.

One of my goals this upcoming year is to start training to run and then start particpating in the various event within 50-100 mile radius of me. I am so anxious to see Biggest Loser. I think it will be a guy that will win this year.

Faith I'm just trying to stop from getting all the way fat again. LOL.
Are you going to start with the couch to 5K program, if you are let me know and I have some to recommend. As you may know.
Watching the biggest loser is really making me want to take on a half marathon, but I honestly don't know if my back and knees will let me. If I could just manage to lose some weight it would take the stress off my body. But that doesn't seem like it will ever happen.
So I will just keep running and keep my heart healthy and strong.
