KOOL I DO 3 DIFF EXERCISES FOR THE BIS AND TRIES GOING 8 SETS OF 15-25 REPS DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT AND IF IM TRYNA BURN THE HELL OUT OF THEM. FOR EXAMPLE TRICEPT CABLE WIT THE V BAR I DO 8 SETS OF 25 THEN I MOVE TO NOSE BREAKERS THEN THE CABLE PULL WIT THE ROPE. THE MORE REPS WILL PUT FIRE TO THEM. LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Hold up Bro....8 sets of 25??? That's ( 8 times 5, carry the 1 to the square root of pie...divided by ...) 200 reps?? Ima have to build up to those numbers (LOL).
I've been doing the cable pull with the rope and the behind the head dumbell raises. But I only do about 3 to 4 sets of 12-15. Just depends. Those are the only two excercises I've done for tris.
For bis, I do dumbell curls. Maybe 3 sets of 8-10 of what I call my heavy (35lbs). And then I grab some 20's or 25's and try to blast as many as I can before my bis give out. They give out too fast.
But I see Ima have to switch up my routine to get some growth. I might start the nose breakers for tris and start using bar bells for bis for a while to see if I can gain a little more size.
