It's ole skool throw backs for me. All time favorite is that R. Kelly 12 play album. That one has stood the test of time Bro. Other favorites include Black Skreet, Jagged Edge, KC and Jojo etc. We normally keep it in that general genre.

Depends on my mood - could be the romantic classic R&B, could be the old school jams like Teddy Riley - or when it's REALLY on...... Too short, 2 Live Crew and various other 'stripper' mixes.......
funny story tho - I had it on the R&B jamz station one time, had been going at it for a couple hours, then Mary Mary 'Shackles' came on ---- is it wrong to keep going when the gospel music come on???? 
I keep looking for it in the 'rules' book but can't find it..... LOL!!!!
