I've gone from Needs Improvement Monday through Thursday to Excellent for Friday. 

Net carbs at 19.5g/ protein 124g/ fat 50g/ 96 oz liquids including 48 oz plain water/ calories 1184/ exercise calories 1276/ calorie deficit 1598.  Deficit is high because I did some extra cardio to get me through the holidays with my wl on schedule.  I got in my early am workout before breakfast as I should.

Today has been planned as of last night.  The fridge and pantry are stocked.  I expect another good day today.

See there I told you!  Congrats on your "excellent" day yesterday. 

B-coffee/hot cocoa and one donut

D-fried pork chop, ranch style beans

Thanks girlfriend.   It was hard but making the entire day's  menu  before breakfast helped alot. 

One donut, oh if only I could.  I had my fist post op donut over the Thanksgiving weekend and it was heaven.  It will be a long time before I see another one.

You did excellent MSW yesterday I did alright I didnt exercise just was too tried.

Thanks Ms HoneyBee.  Its about time.  I'm always good on the exercise and calories but I just was not getting the carbs straight.  I had to ditch the drink mix and processed meats.  They were the problem.  

  We all have days we just need to kick back.  Be sure to make up your missed workout.
