Faith gave me a gentle thump on the head yesterday and I needed that.   I was *****'n that I needed one of these  if I did not hit my goal for the week.  Faith came back like , reminding me that I know exactly what to do.  I'd laid it all out.  So why was I just not doing it?   Love'n you Ms Faith

This is why I post.  Too often life gets in the way of my thinking.  I needed that reality check.  No mercy and no excuses.    

I had already blown my carb count for the day making it four straight days of Needs Improvement.  Unacceptable.  So although I ate those fat free pringles light I had no business buying in the first place, I went to the store and stocked up on quality protein foods without hidden carbs and low carb protein bars so that  the remaining three days of the week are satisfactory.

My calorie deficit is holding strong this week at 1247 for yesterday.  All liquids, supplements, 100g+ protein, exercise, etc still on point.  I will get those carbs down under 25g today and have my high fiber post workout meal and resume doing my first workout before breakfast daily.  I'll be picking up some ketosis sticks to monitor my progress.  I'm going for purple on those test strips.    

I will pull myself together today and keep it together.

You're welcome Marcia!This is why I love the board so much.  The support system really does work.  I managed to sleep last night but I have decided to wait until tomorrow to start back with the pills.   I received my second B12 shot yesterday.  I am hoping to start back low carbing tomorrow and if not definitely by Monday. I want to see if the combo of the pills and low carbing will make me lose at a faster pace.  I want to see 185 by the end of the month.  I would much rather see 180. 

I am thinking of starting a weekly "Friday Weigh In" post on BAF as another way of being accountable. I don't know if enough people will be interested in participating but I think I might do it anyway. There is another board that has weigh ins on Mondays.  However, I believe it would allow us time to fix any damage we may inflict upon ourselves from the weekends if we weigh in on Friday mornings.  I know the weekends are harder for me to stay on track.  What do you think?

That's a great idea for staying on track.  Weekends are hard and we can easily undo a good week when we wait untill Monday to weigh in.   I will definetly post my results with you.  I need all the accountability and support I can get.

Had to play catch up last night.  Missed Wednesday at the gym.  Wifey talked me out of going.  Interesting how it seems to get easier to say "I'll just go tomorrow".  I gotta get back into the game.  The main thing is that I do make up for what I miss.  I get three cardios and two strength trainings per week.  Got a cardio tonight, and I'm done with the requirement for the week.  Anything else is just extra credit.  And ya know, I might just hit it again for some extra "punishment".

Diet is crazy.  I'm struggling to maintain 180 lbs.  Goal was 187, but I dip down to 176 at times.  So, right now I take advantage of this period of time to enjoy a wider variety of chow.  But I don't look for this to last forever, so I try to approach with caution and not fall way back into my old habbits.  And I try to keep it healthy.  Key word is TRY (LOL).

Could use more H2O and here lately, more protein.  Working to rectify those issues.

Its the right time of year to be down a few pounds.  I'm doing some extra cardio now throughout the holidays and being very selective about what events I attend so I don't blow it. 

Good move, always making up missed workouts.  Some days just the thought of having to double up the next day gets me into the gym.

Been up all night with my daughter and nightmares so I didn't make it to the gym today. I know I won't get any workouts done today but I'm taking the kids to Noel Night and I'll do plenty of walking.

I need this post to survive..............No Mercy..........No excuses.

I haven't worked out at ALL this week.  I will be going to the gym after work and I plan ( I said plan) on being there for two hours. I usually do an hour when I do go but since I haven't been all week I want to make some time up.

Thats the way to go!  Make up the missed work outs each week either all at once or in pieces.

This is when the quick home dvd's come in handy.  I did a 20 min, 1 mile jogging dvd today for a little extra cardio.  This time to get me through the holidays.  I usually use it when I'm pressed for time.
