Positive - 80 oz plain water Negative 45 net carbs and too much sodium Calories 1290/ exercise 1024 cal/ deficit 1240 cal/ protein 107g/ fat 74g/ all supps taken.
I'm still on track to loose 2-3 lbs this week but the math does not usually work for me unless I'm in ketosis. If I'm *****'n next week about what I didn't loose somebody just cause I know better.
Come on Marcia...let's do this(I know it's probably the pills talking to you right now) You were doing so well. It motivates me to see your post and how you keep up with all the numbers etc. I will join the train with you on Saturday/Sunday. Right now I want to see what happens with my "assistance" and having carbs in moderation. I have two events to atttend and I want see if these little suckers work. No punches thrown here from me next week.

I need to just quit whine'n and do this thing. First step is to get to the store so I can throw out any convenience foods full of hidden carbs and salt. First I'lll loose track of the carbs, then the calories and its all down hill.
I blew today's carbs with my protein this morning but all additional carbs have been deleted from the menu.
Checking in I have been doing the protein train since Saturday so far good, I lost 2.2 pound since Saturday. I have working out in the morning and at night on my treadmills 30 minute and 15 minute on the total body gym. Also walking my daughter to school in the morning. Let see what tomorrow bring I have a holiday parties to attend.
Ladies we can do this.

If I attend any parties this year I'm going already fed. I can't handle it if the pouch is not full before I get there. I sat the summer flings out and I may sit all the pre Christmas events out too. I am too weak.
