OT: Complete this...I am...I can...I will...

I saw this on another board (thanks Nina) and I thought I would copy it over here. If you have a moment, complete the following statements...I am...I can...I will...

I am going to lose these last 15-20 pounds by my 3 year bandiversary.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I will pay it forward! 

I am never going to let myself get to 220 lbs again...lol...(I'm currently at 203 and want to stay less than 200)

I can expect this storm I'm in to pass...

I will rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and in everything give thanks...

Morning Faith!

I AM going to lose 10 pounds by year end
I CAN lose 30 pounds by my 2 year surgiversary (april 14, 2010) 
I WILL get my college degree and maintain my weight loss once I get to my goal

I am going to be a WLS success story

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I will continue to strive to be the woman God created me to be & let my light shine, regardless of what the enemy or man tries to throw my way.

I AM blessed and Highly favored of God.
I Can have and be all that He said I can have and be.
I Will continually Praise Him with my mouth.

From a strictly wl pov...

I am no longer obese and ever so greatful!
I can return to my pre obesity habits and discard the practices that got me into trouble. 
I will reach my revised goal weight.

I was hoping that the pay it forward phrase would bring you to the post. I actually had typed (for Lee) out beside it but then I deleted it.
