Another day I grade as Needs Improvement.  Carbs too high, protein too low although I did get my base protein requirement. 

Calories 1264/ workout 1244/ protein 73g/ net carb 45g/ fat 82g/ liquids 82 oz with 10 oz plain water.  My calorie deficit was 1486.  I need to get the protein up 25g and the the carbs down 25g.

Well I got my "assistance" yesterday and today is the first day taking the pills.  I really do not have a plan other than to try and remain calm.  If I was to ever test out recreational drugs I would be hooked because I am running around the office like a maniac.  The good news is that they make me thirsty and I am not on water.  I have already had 24 ounces of plain water.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

I am trying to stay accountable no matter what! Didn't do anything last night and planned to work out during the biggest loser. I have to pull myself together. With that said, I'm going back to the gym at 6 a.m. it's really hard for me to do anything after work. I have two little ones and I'm in school full time myself........along with being a wife. This is my life and always will be so I have to find that happy medium........I'm thinking it's early morning workouts........will give it a try tomorrow and check in to let you know.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

When my baby was little I was at the Y at 5:30 am to get it done.  I know what its like.  There are a lot more and a lot better dvd's for home work outs now.  You'll do this!
