What is your plan for the upcoming Holiday as far as your health?
Thankful and grateful are my confessions throughout the holidays and for the year to come! I am looking forward to time spent with family, friends and Praising God. My new year begins with letting go of the old and moving forward with the new. I'm letting go of unhealthy associations and behaviors and opening myself to the new and beautiful things and people God has for me.
p.s. I just came off of a 21 day Daniel fast, imma eat erry thing I want for a week!!!! BUT... then I'm returning to healthy eating and my intense workout routine. I will be raising the bar in the new year and starting on the next 90 fit fest....pray for me....
