What is your plan for the upcoming Holiday as far as your health?

I am watching what I eat like a hawk and exercising everyday but Sunday.  I want to be happy and fly for the holidays.  So I am staying dedicated and doing what i know is best for myself. I am not making a big deal about gifts or food this hoilday season.  I am being grateful for all that I have and giving of my new healthy self.

Well, I'm glad somebody is watching what they are eating.......I've been doing better this week and riding the protein train (which helps alot). I plan to stick to my protein and take it slow during this holiday season. Unfortunately, I did not have any protein during Thanksgiving break and I was eating like I never had surgery. As far as working out............I'm thinking about going back to the gym at 6 a.m. I just don't know where else to fit it in at.

One thing is for certain.........I love this time of year but I'm focusing on keeping my mind right!
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

I put my plan into action yesterday. I went to the doctor to get some much needed "assistance."  So I should continue to lose.

Diet pills and B12 shots.  The inner fat girl is desperate.  When I took them back in 2002 I would use the pills 4 days per week so I plan on doing this again.  I need to lose 15-20 more pounds to reach my goal.  I went back to look at my records and I lost 10 pounds in a month. I am hoping for a repeat of this or close to it...right now I will take 5-8 pounds and be happy.

1. I bought me Wii Fit as a Christmas gift to my self
2. I'm only baking 1 cake and 1 pie for Christmas dinner. Not the 2 cakes and 3 pies I made for Thanksgiving then ate myself into a coma cause they were all sooooo dang on good!
3. I'm back on track with my eating and water.

I made it through Halloween and Thanksgiving and I'm planning to make it through Christmas also.  

I'm gonna keep running and keep my snacks in  check

I am going to continue to run.  If I exercise, I can eat and drink a little (a lot) more.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

Im getting back to eating healthy....I actually started yesterday

but I had  my first protein shake this morning....today so far I drank about 30 oz of water with more this evening.  Had a healthy salad with grilled chicken for lunch.

Im also going back to the gym...starting tomorrow and I cant wait.

2010 should be promising long as I get to getting. 

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

I'm supposed to be gaining weight but my appetite has been hit or miss. I'm trying to get in my protein and water. I'm doing good with vitamins. I need to up my  healthy protein choices.
