What's Good People?

That's it. That'sall I got. You know I'm not one to say much if anything at all.

I do want to say thanks to all who supported me and my team who just won the National Championship!!

OK OK,

I've been well, still dropping pounds, but I refuse to step on the scale. I don't want no machine telling me my personal business, I mean that scale don't know me!!

I do know I've been getting my workouts in and in 6 or so months I've went from a size 60 pant to a 48. A 5X Shirt to a 2X.

I still got that gut that I can't get rid off....HELP FELLAS!!!!!!!!

I talked to a fellow OH'er the other day and she like most otherw know I could not jump on here during the workday anymore, but that don't mean I can't get on at other times to lend my support and update on how I'm doing.

She's right, I've turned into one of "those" people, and that's not like me. My Bad family!

On another note, I found a fat free gravy that I'm in love with.  WATER!!!!

Still the Juice.....ain't shyt changed
