Questions with clarification
Well, my doc informed me (only after me complaining how my pouch is much larger than I expected) that since I had the endoscopy and stricture repair, my pouch is much larger than what its suppose to be. I went from barely able to hold water to being able to hold over a cup of food. I didn't stretch it out...I was scared to eat for a long time due to the constant vomiting and nausea. The stricture happened 1 month post-op, then came the repair and now my pouch is that of a 1 yr post-op patient. I struggle a lot and I didn't experience a "honeymoon" period at all. I went from eating nothing to being able to eat anything (with no dumping). I feel as if I'm like I was pre-surgery.
I struggle a lot and I don't want to fail at this.

Well I consider myself a lurker too.. i would post a response every now and then, but I do log into BAF everyday. To me this site and the advice that the vets has given me has helped me a whole lot.. And I'm still learning things everyday.. Plus I also look forward to people posts and responds.
However some of us newbies tend to stay in lurk mode because of not wanting to feel like we're asking a "dumb" or repetetitive question or better yet not getting a respond at all. But we would love (well i will speak for myself) to hear it from people that had those experience than "googling" it up.. Ya feel me..
Heck I didnt have WLS to screw it up years down the road. So, I'm soaking in all and all advice I can get to make my WLS a success.. Just seeing the before and after pictures of you guys has been a real inspiration to me, all i need is the secret on learning how to maintain it.
