There is one thing you should know about me,  I don't give up unless I have NO other choice.   So hard or not I'm finishing this ****   LOL.

I have only 2 1/2 weeks until it ends, and while I know it is going to be sheer torture I will complete this.   I'm not saying I don't hate it cause I really do but I won't quit.

I will be here so you all can watch my torture.  LOL.

I am not done yet I still have 2 1/2 weeks of torture to go. 

I am glad my torture helps to get you going when you don't want to.   It's so hard to do anything when we don't want to, but that is the time I really kick my ass into gear the most.

Go Lee! You got this! I'm still running with you. W8D2 of c25k on Wednesday-28 minute run. You inspired me to do this program and I am glad that I'm doing it! Thanks!

Hi Carol

I'm really glad to hear that your sticking with your program.   You are going to feel so accomplished when you complete it.   

I'm glad you find some inspiration in my running because some days it is really difficult to get up and get going.

Dang Lee!  Why did you have to tell me it jumps from  9 to 14 minute segments?  I really could have lived without knowing it until Saturday! I've got 2 more runs on week 7.  I should start week 8 this Saturday morning.  

My problem running during the week is that these runs are getting too long. I can't run in the morning and if I try to do it at lunch, then I have to take 1.5 hours for lunch.  I try to leave work before it gets dark, but that's not working for me either.  I never thought I would say it but I NEED DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME BACK!  I need more daylight in my day.  But, I will get this program completed.  I started losing weight again with these longer runs, so at least I have that going for me.  This week is month-end close, so it's going to be a challenge, but if I have to go the gym and run on the treadmill, I will.  I HATE the treadmill!

But I needed some motivation from the board.   This freaking run killed me.  I had a hard ass time on week 7 with the 9 minute miles and then BAM it's 14.  LORD, LORD, LORD. 

I have to pray for strength to get this done.   I am not looking forward to Wed.

 OK.  Just know that I packing a gym bag when I log off and even though today is day 1 of my worse week of the month, I am going to the gym and running after work.

I plan to run again Thur or Friday.  Then I start Week 8 on Saturday morning.

We will finish this!
