Any one carb craving today? Did you give in to it yesterday? Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Alot of us made allowances so we could enjoy the foods we like in moderation last week. Now the hard part is to give up the stuff we prefer not to eat regularly for awhile. Humph!

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I got in an hour of cardio and total body weights for yesterday. I haven't updated my numbers yet but I should have a respectable deficit for the day, hopefully above 1200 calories.
ETA: 72 oz liquids, 8 oz short with no plain water; all supplements taken.
The head hunger is doing a job on me. I ate more than I should have and pretty much ate all day because I always wanted to be full. I managed to hold the calories in check but I must be careful of the grazing.
Todays grade: Needs Improvement.
Today's plan:
B-turkey salad
L-protein shake
D-mustards/collards & steak

You go and get that 'assistance', do it any way you need to girl. As early out as I am I would be on diet pills to get this stubborn last twenty off were it not for my high blood pressure.
We've got to look good for the season. I've got the cutest ****tail dress and no where to wear it. I may have to throw a party just to show it off, lol.

I am on my protein today but starving.............I just want to eat everything in site. Did well for breakfast and starting to see the effects of being back on protein.........BM's. I know.........TMI but that's how I always know when i'm on the right track. I plan to work out during the biggest loser........cardio........cardio............cardio. I did do some wall push ups this morning and 50 crunches.......does that count?
You're damn straight pushups and crunches count. I've got mat work including both on today's schedule with my cardio.
