After seeing my doc yesterday and having him refuse to give me a fill. I'm trying to get my act together.  Started the day with CIB, and homemade cappuccino.  Startign to sip on my first 20 oz of water now.

As usually I had a yummy protein shake made with Click espresso & a vanilla protein (click does not have enough protein), 1 tablespoon of sugar free vanilla pudding some ice blended in my bullet it was buzzzzzzzzzzalicious !

Afternoon Cookie

I didnt do breakfast..but will add my protein shakes as of tomorrow.

I did however take my liquid iron supplement.  Gotta get more serious when it comes to that.  

Ffor lunch I had approx 3 oz of grilled chicken breasts
and 1/2 cup of collards ( store bought ) 

I went to my doctor yesterday and was down 3 lbs from when she last saw me in April...but that dosent work for me. I need to do better and will to reach my goals for this coming June.

Your not alone girlfriend...WE can do this !!!!

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.
