19 Months Post Op and Down 110lbs, FEELING GREAT!!!

Hey everyone I havent posted in such a long while.  I've moved to Texas and back to Las Vegas, had some bad relationships and some trials and tribulations.  I went through a 7 month stall but after 19 months I can finally say I see the difference.  I went from 280lbs at surgery and 170lbs last time I stepped on the scale.  I went from 52.0 BMI to 33.0 BMI.  I look good. And most importantly I feel good.  I went from a size 22 to a size 10-12.  I almost fell out when I put on a size 10 pair of pants.  I cried when I tried on a large shirt and it fit.  I still want to lose 15 more pounds before I have reconstructive surgery.  But all in all I am happy with myself for the first time in my life.

Well I stayed at 195 from February of this year to October of this year.  And it just started dropping.  Now mind you, I dont believe my journey is *normal*.  I have not done anything resembling dieting or watching what I eat.  My motto is when Im full, Im full.  I dont over eat.  I think that is what has kept the weight off and plus I went through a period of extreme stress these past couple of months and I know that contributed to about 10 pounds of my weight loss because I didnt really eat.  But since it kicked it into gear I am taking advantage and getting these last 15-20 pounds off before I have my reconstructive surgery at the beginning of the year. And thats about it.  I truly thought I was done losing and was comfortable and then it just dropped and I went from a size 14 down to a 10-12

It's great that through your trials and tribulations you stayed focused on your weight loss.  Those stalls can be discouraging but you just have to ride them out and don't give up.  Keep up the good work.
