Thank you very much.  You and others have motivated me with your showing the necessity of exercise.  I know I wouldn't be where I am now without doing the couch to 5k and other exercise routine (I sweitch it up to not get bored). 

Wow you are a skinnie minnie!!  and you look great! I remember when you had your surgery, congrats to you!!!

Thank you so much!  I can't believe it will be a year in 15 days.  I am enjoying being able to be there in all ways for my family.

Thank you and your hair is looking to fly also.  Mine is just in a swooped low side ponytail though, but am thinking oabout doing a real style like this.
