Question...
Is it possible, being almost 3 mos post op, to stretch your pouch out already?
Lately, my hunger has increased in which I try to control. I don't indulge in chips, candy, etc.. However, I've been trying to eat proteins first (whenever I feel the need for a snack). But with that, I realize that I can take in much at one setting and sometimes CANNOT feel the tightness- so I just stop to be on the safe side.
I've also been at a stall for the past month+ and its causing me to worry as if I'm doing/eating something wrong. I understand that the stall is normal BUT if I'm working out AND getting my proteins in, shouldn't i still be losing a pound here or there? And another thing, I realize that I don't have the dumping syndrome-well haven't experienced it yet. I've even tried like a high sugared item- and still no dumping syndrome (maybe mild stomach ache-but not very bad). So I don't know what to think..
Love to hear from you all..
